About the role

G4S Telematix is a leader in telematics solutions, delivering innovative services in GPS tracking, fleet management, and security for the Logistics, Automotive, and People sectors. We are seeking a proactive and technically savvy Solution Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role combines pre-sales engineering expertise with hands-on solution implementation and post-delivery support, ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our advanced telematics solutions.

Pre-Sales Engineering

  • Provide expert technical pre-sales support for B2B accounts, acting as a technical liaison during the sales cycle

  • Lead the design, setup, and monitoring of pilot projects and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), gathering insights and showcasing solution capabilities

Solution Implementation & Delivery

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for new clients, from requirements gathering to successful deployment

  • Configure and optimize our G4S Mobility platform according to the customer’s requirements

  • Design and implement customized alarms, reports, and dashboards to meet specific client operational needs

  • Provide comprehensive initial training sessions for clients, ensuring seamless adoption and user proficiency

  • Perform quality control checks post-installation, especially for large-scale deployments

Customer Support & Optimization

  • Serve as a primary L2 technical support contact via Zoho HelpDesk, effectively resolving complex customer issues and complaints

  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to escalate issues and contribute to continuous product improvement based on customer feedback

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field is preferred

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a technical implementation, pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or similar role, preferably within the telematics, IoT, SaaS, or automotive technology sectors

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen analytical mind and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure

  • Customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and fostering client success
