<p>Candidate should have bellow knowledge and skills:</p>
<ul>
<li>Resource should have knowledge in Sapio LIMS Application</li>
<li>Must have hands on experience in LIMS Basic functions and Crystal Reports.</li>
<li>Experience in building necessary documents that involves support related and business-related documents.</li>
<li>Should have Knowledge on LIMS Architecture</li>
<li>Should have experience in Sapio LIMS application Installation & Configuration</li>
<li>Knowledge on the Oracle Database and able to write queries for fetching reports /trouble shooting.</li>
<li>Liaise with Infra team, vendor, and fix application related issues.</li>
<li>Experience in providing L1, L2 and L3 Level support with a good understanding of Change management process (bug fixes, customization changes, enhancements)</li>
<li>Exposure to working in ITIL environment managing issues through Service Now, Remedy BMC and/or HP Service Centre.</li>
<li>Analytical, Problem solving & Troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Transform user requirements into functional solutions</li>
<li>Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves.</li>
<li>Good verbal & written communication skills</li>
<li>Language: English</li>
</ul>
