Solutions Architect

<h4><strong>About the Role</strong></h4> <p>The Innovation Architect acts as a Solution Architect for collaboration and ways of working within Miro’s Miro Optimization Services &amp; Training (MOST) program.</p> <p>MOST is Miro’s annual professional services subscription designed for enterprise customers who need ongoing, flexible access to expert guidance—not a one-time project. <br>Customers receive 240 hours per year of services to help them design, implement, and scale collaboration solutions in Miro across teams, functions, and geographies.</p> <p>In this role, the Innovation Architect partners with customers to translate business strategy into scalable collaboration architectures inside Miro. <br>This includes diagnosing workflow and adoption challenges, designing governance and operating models, and shaping a structured, outcomes-driven solution roadmap that evolves as customer needs change.</p> <p>Innovation Architects operate as trusted advisors to both business and technical stakeholders. <br>They design end-to-end collaboration solutions by combining process design, workspace architecture, governance, and enablement to ensure customers achieve measurable value from Miro</p> <h4><strong>What you'll do</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead discovery to understand customer goals, workflows, and pain points; translate findings into a structured MOST game plan aligned to their 240-hour allocation</li> <li>Facilitate vision, alignment, and prioritization sessions to help customers define outcomes, success criteria, and adoption milestones</li> <li>Conduct collaboration, workflow, and workspace assessments; synthesize insights and provide clear recommendations for improvement</li> <li>Design and implement governance frameworks (workspace structure, naming, access, lifecycle, templates) that reduce risk and support long-term scalability</li> <li>Guide customers through change-management initiatives, including communication plans, stakeholder alignment, and rollout sequencing</li> <li>Coach teams on Miro best practices, intelligent templates, AI workflows, and techniques to streamline planning, retrospectives, decision-making, and cross-functional work</li> <li>Facilitate workshops across Agile ceremonies, product development, innovation, research, design thinking, and strategy development</li> <li>Build lightweight prototypes, templates, and reusable workflows that accelerate customer adoption and demonstrate the art of the possible</li> <li>Partner with IT/Admin stakeholders to establish standards, reduce tool sprawl, and drive consistency in workspace setup and governance</li> <li>Recommend process optimizations that increase operational efficiency, improve collaboration quality, and reduce context switching</li> <li>Provide ongoing advisory support throughout the MOST subscription, updating forecasts, adjusting plans, and ensuring hours are used strategically</li> <li>Track progress against milestones and outcomes; flag risks early and help customers re-prioritize work as business needs evolve</li> <li>Collaborate with CSMs, Architects, and Engagement Managers to ensure consistent delivery and alignment across customer stakeholders</li> <li>Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and delivery assets that improve team leverage and delivery efficiency across Professional Services</li> <li>Stay current on Miro innovations, AI features, and collaboration trends to continuously uplevel customer guidance</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What you'll need</strong></h4> <ul> <li>6+ years in consulting, change management, Agile transformation, digital collaboration, or similar fields</li> <li>Experience supporting enterprise-scale teams through workflow, process, or tool adoption initiatives</li> <li>Proven ability to lead structured discovery, synthesize insights, and define actionable recommendations</li> <li>Strong record of enabling cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Design, Strategy, PMO, Engineering) to adopt new tools or improve collaboration maturity</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with collaboration governance frameworks, workspace architecture, and lifecycle management</li> <li>Experience with Human-Centered Design, Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, or innovation frameworks</li> <li>Fluency in Miro (preferred) or similar platforms (Figma, Lucid, JIRA, Confluence)</li> <li>Ability to map workflows, diagnose adoption barriers, and design scalable collaboration systems</li> </ul> <p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management ability</li> <li>Skilled at simplifying complexity and driving clarity with senior and cross-functional audiences</li> <li>Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic, ambiguous environments</li> <li><span class="s1"><strong>Language:</strong></span> Near-native proficiency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency sufficient for internal communication, including meetings and discussions</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What's in it for you</strong></h4> <p>We want you to feel supported, connected, and ready to grow.
