This role will report to our Director of Solutions Consulting and will play an integral role in creating a vision for our customers.&nbsp;</p> <p>In order to be successful in this role, you must be able to articulate technology and communicate the value of Workato’s products to prospective business and technical users and buyers with a focus on enterprise applications. You will also help shape the product and direction of the company by communicating market needs to the Product Management team.</p> <p>As a&nbsp;<strong>Senior </strong><strong>Solutions Consultant</strong>, you will be part of Workato’s Global Solution Consulting team and architecture community and own the technical alignment with the customer during the pre-sales lifecycle through workshops and interactions that define the customer’s future state for AI agents.</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this role, y</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">ou will also be responsible to:</span></p> <ul> <li> <p>Own the technical diagnosis, prescription, and validation phases of the sales cycle and provide a consultative approach in advising customers.</p> </li> <li> <p>Effectively team with AEs, Solution Architects, and other functions to evangelize our platform, approach, and architecture tailored to the customer’s business and drive the technical sales stages to completion.</p> <p>Work closely with Professional Services and Customer Success to make the solution a reality for the customer.</p> </li> <li> <p>Articulate and educate on business, technical and architectural concepts to a variety of audiences, including business and technical teams.</p> </li> <li> <p>Create and deliver custom product demonstrations to support the sales cycle</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform business and technical discovery with customer prospects and be able to architect/build proposed solutions using Workato products</p> </li> <li> <p>Successfully manage and execute technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs), on-site or remote</p> </li> <li> <p>Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs</p> </li> <li> <p>Collect feedback from the field, synthesize, analyze and channel to Product Management and Engineering for product roadmap</p> </li> <li> <p>Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.</p> </li> </ul> <h1><strong>Requirements</strong></h1> <h3><strong>Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS organization&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong background and knowledge in enterprise integration and automation across multiple verticals</p> </li> <li> <p>Hands-on experience with automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, enterprise messaging patterns, APIs and databases</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with cloud technologies - iPaaS, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience developing customer-specific value propositions and roadmaps&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Good knowledge of integration vendors including MuleSoft, Microsoft, Boomi, Oracle, TIBCO, SAP, Snaplogic etc.</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge and understanding of how AI is transforming the integration and orchestration market through agents ( ‘genies’ in Workato) - practical experience is a plus</p> </li> <li> <p>BA/BS or equivalent education - Computer Science is a plus&nbsp;</p> </li> <li>Dutch Speaking</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Strong written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic growth environment with a passion for making an impact</p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to a winning culture, underpinned by personal development and growth</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong business and technical acumen</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to lead architectural discussions</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to learn new concepts, technologies and solve problems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business audiences.</p> </li> <li> <p>A passion for technology and translating this passion into business impact for customers&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Be able to travel as needed and to work flexible hours throughout the territory</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>(REQ ID: 2416)</strong></p>
