About the role

We are on the lookout for a Solutions Consultant fluent in Czech and English to enhance our client engagement strategies. In this role, your primary focus will be on understanding client needs and providing them with customized digital solutions that drive business success. You will play a key part in building strong relationships with clients while ensuring they receive the best support and expertise we offer.


Responsibilities

  • Engage and collaborate with Czech-speaking clients to accurately assess their requirements and recommend tailored digital solutions.
  • Utilize your proficiency in English to communicate effectively, ensuring client expectations are clearly understood and met.
  • Facilitate training sessions and product demonstrations to enable clients to maximize the benefits of our solutions.
  • Work alongside clients to develop and implement strategies that enhance their operational efficiency through digital tools.
  • Foster long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and technological trends to provide clients with informed recommendations.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting issues and ensuring a seamless experience with our digital offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Demonstrated experience in a consulting or customer support capacity, preferably within the digital solutions sphere.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices relevant to the industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building.
  • Independent and proactive approach with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving capabilities.
