About the role

Position Overview:  As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Diligent, you will partner closely with Sales to help organizations understand how our platform can transform the way they operationalise ethics, compliance and broader governance, risk, and audit programs. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating Ethics & Compliance and broader GRC challenges into clear, compelling solutions that drive real business value. This role is ideal for someone who brings both strong commercial instincts and real practitioner experience in Ethics & Compliance program management, with hands-on exposure to policy, conflicts of interest, speak-up, and third-party risk and due diligence.  If you enjoy combining domain expertise, storytelling, solution design, and customer interaction,
