You thrive in technical pre-sales conversations, guiding architecture reviews and crafting tailored solutions that showcase our platform’s value. You’re excited to support customers through onboarding and integrations, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to tackle RFPs, security reviews, or the support tickets to keep things moving. You’re deeply customer-focused, eager to wear multiple hats, and always ready to step in where needed.
