<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">We are looking for an experienced Solutions Sales Manager who is passionate about driving business growth and scaling IT solution sales in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience selling Cloud solutions, particularly AWS, alongside AI, data analytics, or broader IT solutions, and who genuinely enjoys building a sales team into a more consultative, value-led force.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You will lead a sales team covering sales representatives, coordinators, and support functions. Your mission is to elevate sales performance, grow solution-selling capabilities, and deliver consistent revenue growth across enterprise and commercial clients in Thailand.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong data-start="573" data-end="600">In this role, you will:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead and manage the sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coach and mentor team members to strengthen consultative selling skills, with a particular focus on Cloud and AI solutions</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Set clear sales strategies, targets, and KPIs that keep the team aligned with business goals and market expectations</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Engage directly with key accounts when it matters — whether that’s opening new doors, resolving complex situations, or supporting critical deal closures</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, product specialists, and service delivery teams to drive integrated go-to-market efforts</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Present regular sales forecasts, performance updates, and market insights to senior leadership</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong data-start="1329" data-end="1367">You’ll be a great fit if you have:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">At least 7–10 years of sales experience, with strong exposure to Cloud (AWS preferred), AI, data analytics, or broader IT solution selling</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience managing a sales team, with a track record of developing people and driving performance</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Solid understanding of Cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, MLOps), and data frameworks (ETL, Data Lakes)</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO and PDPA</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong leadership and coaching capabilities </span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable operating both at a strategic level and hands-on in the field when needed</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Good English communication skills, spoken and written</span></li>
