About the role
Overall management of the sound section
- Production progress management and contract/negotiation tasks related to outsourcing
- Creation and management of development budgets
- Formulation of staffing plans, improvement and proposal of workflows and development environments

Requirements
Must-have:
A total of 4+ years of experience as a manager in the following areas:
- Production progress management and contract/negotiation tasks related to outsourcing
- Creation and management of development budgets
- Formulation of staffing plans, improvement and proposal of workflows and development environments
- Talent development and support for continued employment, including creating a conducive work environment
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge and experience in the entertainment industry, such as games, music, or animation
Ideal candidate:
- Passion for games and the ability to appreciate SNK’s IP
- Ability to oversee the entire studio and proactively propose and implement improvements
- Strong communication skills to ensure smooth production progress with your own department, related departments, and partner companies
- A proactive attitude toward continuously updating knowledge of the latest music production software and equipment

Working Hours
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (7.5 hours of actual work per day)
Holidays & Leave
- Full five-day workweek (Saturday and Sunday off)
- National holidays, summer vacation, and year-end/New Year holidays
- Approximately 125 annual holidays
- Paid leave: Up to 12 days granted upon joining (number of days varies depending on the month of hire)
