About the role

Overall management of the sound section

  • Production progress management and contract/negotiation tasks related to outsourcing
  • Creation and management of development budgets
  • Formulation of staffing plans, improvement and proposal of workflows and development environments
  • Talent development and support for continued employment, including creating a conducive work environment

Requirements

Must-have:

A total of 4+ years of experience as a manager in the following areas:

  • Production progress management and contract/negotiation tasks related to outsourcing
  • Creation and management of development budgets
  • Formulation of staffing plans, improvement and proposal of workflows and development environments
  • Talent development and support for continued employment, including creating a conducive work environment

Nice-to-have:

  • Knowledge and experience in the entertainment industry, such as games, music, or animation

Ideal candidate:

  • Passion for games and the ability to appreciate SNK’s IP
  • Ability to oversee the entire studio and proactively propose and implement improvements
  • Strong communication skills to ensure smooth production progress with your own department, related departments, and partner companies
  • A proactive attitude toward continuously updating knowledge of the latest music production software and equipment

Working Hours

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (7.5 hours of actual work per day)

Holidays & Leave

  • Full five-day workweek (Saturday and Sunday off)
  • National holidays, summer vacation, and year-end/New Year holidays
  • Approximately 125 annual holidays
  • Paid leave: Up to 12 days granted upon joining (number of days varies depending on the month of hire)
