About the role
🚀 We’re Hiring: Sourcing & BOM Costing Executive
Join us as a Sourcing & BOM Costing Executive, you will play a key role in securing competitive material sourcing and delivering accurate, cost-effective quotations to customers. You’ll collaborate closely with both internal teams and external suppliers to drive supply chain efficiency and performance.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Identify and select the most competitive suppliers to meet customer requirements
Ensure timely and accurate BOM costing
Drive cost optimization through savings and logistics efficiency
Support purchasing teams in resolving price deviations
Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve KPIs
Lead supplier negotiations and contribute to supplier development
Diploma in Purchasing & Materials Management (ISMM or equivalent)
2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
ERP system knowledge with strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities
A strong team player
