Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Schedule: Night Shift

Work Arrangement:

• Days 1–30: 100% Onsite
• Days 31–60: 4 days Onsite / 1 day Work From Home
• Days 61–90: 3 days Onsite / 2 days Work From Home

About this Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in connecting with potential candidates. The role is simple but impactful — you will focus on reaching out to candidates, checking their interest, and scheduling conversations with our recruitment managers in the US.

What You’ll Do

• Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews or calls with US-based staffing managers.
• Provide timely updates to the recruitment team to ensure smooth handover of engaged candidates.
  
• Keep accurate and organized records of outreach and responses.
• Reach out to candidates via email or message to check their availability and interest.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any field 
• At least 1-2 years of US-based sourcing experience 
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
