<h2>About the Role</h2>
<p>We're hiring a <strong><strong class="textBold">Senior </strong></strong><strong><strong class="textBold">Talent Sourcing Strategist</strong></strong> to shape a more strategic, intelligence-led, and high-impact approach to talent generation across Nscale.</p>
<p>In this role, you will operate at the intersection of <strong><strong class="textBold">advanced sourcing, talent intelligence, market research, and recruiting partnership</strong></strong>, working closely with <strong><strong class="textBold">recruiters, hiring managers, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders</strong></strong> to identify, engage, and inform talent decisions in complex and highly competitive markets. You'll be responsible for building targeted pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, uncovering passive talent through multi-channel sourcing techniques, and translating external market insights into practical recommendations that improve hiring outcomes.</p>
<p>This role is important because it strengthens the quality of Nscale's top-of-funnel activity, helps hiring teams understand where and how talent can be found, and brings more structure to pipeline strategy as the business scales globally. You'll also help increase precision and efficiency by combining sourcing expertise, data-informed thinking, and strong operational discipline.</p>
<p>We've implemented Greenhouse, MetaView, and GoodTime to enhance our hiring operations, so you'll be collaborating with modern, integrated tools from day one.</p>
<h2>What you'll be doing</h2>
<ul>
<li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Build</strong></strong> strategic talent pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles, with a strong focus on long-term market coverage rather than reactive sourcing alone.</li>
<li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Apply</strong></strong> advanced, multi-channel sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates across niche technical and business functions.</li>
<li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Hyperscale/AI Infra</strong></strong> and/or<strong><strong class="textBold"> Data-Center</strong></strong> (Mechanical, HVAC, Engineering, Electricians etc.) related expertise is highly desirable.</li>
<li value="4"><strong><strong class="textBold">Use</strong></strong> AI-powered sourcing tools and automation techniques to improve reach, speed, and precision in complex talent markets.</li>
<li value="5"><strong><strong class="textBold">Partner</strong></strong> with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to define search strategies, target talent pools, and calibrate outreach based on role requirements.</li>
<li value="6"><strong><strong class="textBold">Own</strong></strong> top-of-funnel talent generation by delivering high-quality candidate pipelines that align with hiring priorities.</li>
<li value="7"><strong><strong class="textBold">Conduct</strong></strong> external talent market mapping across target companies, industries, and geographies, with particular relevance to EMEA hiring needs.</li>
<li value="8"><strong><strong class="textBold">Gather</strong></strong> competitive intelligence on talent availability, market movement, and organisational structures to support more informed hiring decisions.</li>
<li value="9"><strong><strong class="textBold">Translate</strong></strong> sourcing findings and market research into actionable intelligence for recruiters and business leaders.</li>
<li value="10"><strong><strong class="textBold">Track</strong></strong> pipeline activity and sourcing effectiveness within the ATS and related systems to maintain visibility and consistency.</li>
<li value="11"><strong><strong class="textBold">Support</strong></strong> outreach strategy development, including messaging approaches that resonate with senior and difficult-to-reach talent.</li>
<li value="12"><strong><strong class="textBold">Identify</strong></strong> opportunities to improve sourcing workflows, talent discovery processes, and pipeline architecture.</li>
<li value="13"><strong><strong class="textBold">Communicate</strong></strong> clearly with internal stakeholders, ensuring sourcing strategy is understood, aligned, and connected to business needs.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Minimum 8+ years experience</strong></strong> in talent sourcing, executive research, or strategic talent acquisition with a strong emphasis on proactive candidate generation</li>
<li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Hands-on experience</strong></strong> building structured pipelines for niche, technical, or hard-to-fill roles rather than working only on inbound or recruiter-led processes</li>
<li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Hyperscale/AI Infra</strong></strong> and/or<strong><strong class="textBold"> Data-Center</strong></strong> (Mechanical, HVAC, Engineering, Electricians, Plumbing etc.) related expertise is highly desirable.</li>
<li value="4"><strong><strong class="textBold">Proven ability</strong></strong> to use advanced, multi-channel sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates across competitive talent markets</li>
<li value="5"><strong><strong class="textBold">Strong proficiency</strong></strong> with AI-powered sourcing tools, talent search platforms, and automation workflows that improve sourcing precision and efficiency</li>
<li value="6"><strong><strong class="textBold">Excellent research skills</strong></strong> with the ability to map talent landscapes, analyse target companies, and uncover relevant market insights</li>
<li value="7"><strong><strong class="textBold">Confidence</strong></strong> turning external talent data into clear recommendations for recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders</li>
<li value="8"><strong><strong class="textBold">Clear communication skills</strong></strong> with the ability to influence search direction and present sourcing insight in a credible, strategic way</li>
<li value="9"><strong><strong class="textBold">Strong judgement</strong></strong> in prioritising search activity, calibrating talent pools, and balancing quality with pipeline volume</li>
<li value="10"><strong><strong class="textBold">Comfort</strong></strong> working with ATS and sourcing systems to maintain accurate records, pipeline visibility, and process discipline</li>
<li value="11"><strong><strong class="textBold">Solid understanding</strong></strong> of <strong><strong class="textBold">GDPR</strong></strong> best practices and confidentiality requirements when researching, engaging, and handling candidate data</li>
<li value="12"><strong><strong class="textBold">Ability</strong></strong> to operate with precision in evolving hiring environments where role scope, market conditions, and business priorities may shift quickly</li>
<li value="13"><strong><strong class="textBold">Exposure</strong></strong> to <strong><strong class="textBold">Greenhouse</strong></strong>, <strong><strong class="textBold">LinkedIn Recruiter</strong></strong>, talent intelligence platforms, automation tools, or other modern sourcing technologies is a plus</li>
