Spa Front Desk – Luxury Skincare Spa
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Sales person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and professional front desk experience for our guests, managing appointments, promoting and selling spa services, and working collaboratively with service providers to ensure that our clients have a seamless experience at Joanna Vargas.
We are looking for a strong sales background and the ability to meet sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. You should be able to multitask, work well under pressure and have excellent problem-solving skills.
What You’ll Do
As the Spa Office Manager, you will be at the center of operations, ensuring the spa runs smoothly while inspiring your team to perform at their best. Key responsibilities include:
Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Providing exceptional customer service and support, including responding to product/service inquiries and resolving issues
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, including regular follow-ups, sending information on new promotions
Managing client appointments and schedules for estheticians
Processing payments, rends, and exchanges using Boulevard
Offering packages to clients based on their needs communicated by the estheticians
Creating a plan with the estheticians for client outreach and sales
Collaborating with service providers and managers to ensure the smooth operation of the business
Identifying and contacting potential returning customers or clients by performing client outreach
Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and techniques
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals set by management
Schedule
- 40 hours per week within spa operating hours (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
- One weekend day required
- Flexible schedule within a supportive, structured environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $18 - $20 per hour, plus unlimited commission possibilities

Requirements
● Sales skills: The ability to sell spa products and services to potential clients and to upsell to existing clients.
● Customer service: The ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients, including greeting them warmly, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
● Organization: Strong organizational skills are essential to keep track of appointments, inventory, and client information.
● Time management: The ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
● Technical skills: Proficiency with computer software and point of sale systems is important
● Teamwork: The ability to work effectively as part of a team, including communicating with team members,
● Professionalism: Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
● Knowledge of spa industry: Knowledge of the spa industry, including services, products, and trends
Benefits
Offering $18 - $20 per hour plus unlimited sales commission potential, expected to be $250 - $500 additional per week.
