You will showcase our Values: Collaboration, Simplicity, Kindness and Passion.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Main Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure every member is welcomed by their name and guest is welcomed with open arm and in a hospitable manner: the Soho House way is warm and friendly.</li> <li>Well- versed on standard operating procedures, menus, amenities and collect laundry for Housekeeping Department.</li> <li>Learn about all the different services and how much Soho House Gym &amp; Spa has to offer.</li> <li>Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe environment: reception area.</li> <li>Manage members lists, bookings Spa services and Booking personal training classes</li> <li>Support, direct, solve problem in real- time to ensure any guest related concerns are addressed straight away.</li> <li>Build a positive relationships with members and guest.</li> <li>Communicate and red flag any feedback to the management team.</li> <li>Influence a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional.</li> <li>Welcome new hire and train everyone to the Soho House standards ie: Steps of service, Soho House knowledge.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p>A successful Spa &amp; Gym Receptionist for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service.
