Whether you’re seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your career</p> <hr> <p><strong>Key duties…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise and support daily operations of the spa and wellness areas, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and member satisfaction&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead the spa team in delivering high-quality services including massage, facials, and body treatments, adhering to brand and treatment protocols&nbsp;</li> <li>Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of therapists and spa attendants&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor and ensure compliance with all health &amp; safety, hygiene, and licensing standards&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain spa ambience and standards across treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing facilities&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist the Spa Manager with stock control, supplier liaison, and inventory management&nbsp;</li> <li>Help manage guest bookings, treatment schedules, and coordination with reception&nbsp;</li> <li>Respond professionally to member and guest feedback or concerns&nbsp;</li> <li>Create efficient staff rotas, manage labour costs, and reduce unnecessary overtime to maintain operational excellence.</li> <li>Uphold and enforce standards of appearance, compliance, safety, and professionalism across the team.</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>What we are looking for...</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a therapist or spa supervisory role&nbsp;</li> <li>Recognised spa, massage, or beauty therapy qualification (e.g., NVQ, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO)&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience working in a luxury spa, hotel, or private members club setting&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong organisational and time management abilities&nbsp;</li> </ul>
