Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Spanish
• Assist customers with account queries, product information, and technical issues related to FinTech solutions
• Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
• Document customer interactions accurately within CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery
• Stay updated on FinTech industry developments and company products

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in FinTech, banking, or related industries
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with full relocation support provided
• Detail-oriented with a customer-centric mindset
• Familiarity with CRM and customer support software is advantageous
