Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support in Spanish through phone, email, and chat for online banking clients.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, troubleshooting, and security-related questions.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback within CRM systems.
• Stay updated on online banking products, policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Exceptional fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A minimum English proficiency level of B2 is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online banking platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
