Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Banking Department! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing essential support and guidance on various banking services. Your ability to communicate fluently in Spanish will be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive high-quality, personalized assistance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions relating to banking services, transactions, and account management
• Document customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and complaints
• Provide clients with advice on banking products and services
• Collect and relay feedback from clients to enhance our service offerings
• Engage in continuous training to broaden your knowledge of our financial services

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the banking or financial services sector
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and banking applications
