Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional assistance to Spanish-speaking customers, addressing queries and offering insightful advice on digital store functionalities.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings to effectively meet customer requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on how to optimize their experience with the digital store platforms.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to craft strategies that boost customer involvement.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for enhancing the digital shopping experience.
- Remain informed about emerging trends in e-commerce and digital retail to provide proactive recommendations.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to the digital shopping experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or consulting, with a focus on e-commerce or digital retail being preferred.
- Strong grasp of digital platforms and tools utilized in online retail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, displaying a proactive approach to customer care.
