As a Fashion Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with product inquiries, order statuses, and styling advice related to our fashion offerings. Responsibilities

• Engage with Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat to address their fashion inquiries
• Provide detailed information about products, collections, and promotions
• Assist customers with order management and returns
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the fashion team to ensure customers receive the most up-to-date information
• Encourage customer engagement through personalized styling advice and product recommendations
• Collect customer feedback and insights to improve service quality and product offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
• Strong interest and knowledge of fashion trends and products
• Previous experience in customer support or retail, preferably in fashion
