In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, guiding them through the rental process and ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers with reservations, inquiries, and rental procedures through various communication channels.
• Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and inform clients about rental policies and vehicle features.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain vehicle availability and optimize customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with current offers and promotions to provide tailored advice to clients.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Fluent Spanish language skills (verbal and written) are required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or the car rental sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computer systems and rental management tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with provided relocation assistance.
• Positive, proactive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
