We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.</p> <div> <p><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>You will own high priority initiatives that do not yet have a clear long-term owner - some of these initiatives may be exciting and glamorous, others will be decidedly less so - but all of them will be high impact</li> <li>Step into ambiguous situations, create structure quickly, and drive momentum</li> <li>Help leaders across the company translate priorities and decisions into execution</li> <li>Proactively identify problems and bottlenecks, and resolve them expeditiously with limited support or oversight</li> </ul> <p><strong>You should have the following</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-10 years of progressive experience in high performance environments such as investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or high-growth startups</li> <li>Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal</li> <li>Ability to rapidly iterate, adapt, and ingest new information</li> <li>A strong sense of mission and a desire to have impact at scale</li> <li>Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Technical background and skills and/or firsthand experience with drones</li> <li>Experience working with or at high growth, venture-backed startups</li> <li>Experience with defense or hardware companies</li> <li>Experience with financial modeling</li> <li>Robust understanding of statistical analysis techniques</li> </ul> <p><strong>US Salary Range</strong></p> <p>$125,000 - $225,000 USD</p> </div> <p>The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
