If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply now!</div><h4>Role Overview</h4> The Senior Specialist, Digital Content & Experiences owns the execution of digital content, events, and experiences across web, campaigns, localization, and e‑commerce. This role ensures content is live, accurate, localized, and engaging — from events and launches to Shopify and physical‑space digital presence.  This is a creative, cross‑functional, do‑the‑work role. You will be hands‑on in the DAM, CMS, event workflows, and content systems end‑to‑end.  <h4>What you’ll do</h4> Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: <ul> <li>Support the development of RFPs by gathering requirements, coordinating inputs, managing timelines, and supporting vendor evaluation and selection processes. </li> <li>Act as an escalation point for reservation‑holder asset issues, investigating data, content, or system root causes and coordinating resolution across teams. </li> <li>Own marketing and CRM reporting by building, maintaining, and validating dashboards and recurring reports in Sigma to ensure leadership and teams are working from accurate data. </li> <li>Maintain high standards for marketing and CRM data hygiene, including audits, cleanup, documentation, and ongoing quality checks. </li> <li>Manage Jira as the primary project and workflow tool for marketing operations, creating projects, managing tickets, tracking dependencies, and keeping work moving forward. </li> <li>Coordinate CRM campaign projects from intake through launch, organizing requirements, timelines, and handoffs while channel teams execute within the platform. </li> <li>Gather and organize inputs, assets, and approvals needed to support CRM initiatives, ensuring work is launch‑ready and properly documented. </li> <li>Partner with UX teams on CRM and lifecycle initiatives tied to research, testing, and learning objectives. </li> <li>Partner with Talent Community teams to support employee engagement and internal CRM‑driven communications. </li> <li>Partner with Community Affairs teams on CRM and marketing initiatives tied to local events and regional activities. </li> <li>Track marketing spend and campaign performance, ensuring visibility into pacing, outcomes, and operational efficiency. </li> <li>Translate data into clear summaries and insights that help stakeholders understand performance, risks, and next steps. </li> <li>Apply AI tools thoughtfully to speed up analysis, reporting, project intake, and documentation—while validating outputs for accuracy and quality. </li> <li>Keep projects organized, well‑documented, and delivered on time across multiple concurrent initiatives. </li> </ul> Location & Travel Expectations: <ul> <li>This role may be based out of the Scout Motors corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. </li> <li>This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events. </li> <li>Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.</li> </ul> <h4>What you’ll bring </h4> We expect all Scout employees to have integrity, curiosity, resourcefulness, and strive to exhibit a positive attitude, as well as a growth mindset. Here's what else you'll bring:  Experience  <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration preferred, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.</li> <li>8+ years of hands‑on digital content experience </li> <li>Direct experience supporting events and activations end‑to‑end </li> <li>Experience working cross‑functionally with Digital, Brand, Retail, and Comms teams </li> </ul> Systems & Platforms (Recent, Hands‑On Required)  <ul> <li>Daily working experience with Frontify DAM, used within the last 12 months </li> <li>Hands‑on CMS experience with Contentful, including publishing and QA of live content </li> <li>Experience supporting campaigns tied to:  </li> <li>CMS </li> <li>Salesforce Marketing Cloud </li> <li>Lead Capture tools </li> <li>RSVP workflows </li> <li>Working knowledge of Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms, supporting product content and assets </li> </ul> Localization & Digital Presence  <ul> <li>Experience managing Google Places, Yelp, and other local listings </li> <li>Understanding of localized digital needs for physical locations and events </li> </ul> Content & AI  <ul> <li>Hands‑on experience using AI tools for content creation, iteration, and support </li> <li>Experience applying AI to:  </li> <li>Asset tagging and metadata </li> <li>Content drafting and summaries </li> <li>Improving content and publishing efficiency </li> <li>Ability to balance AI output with brand, quality, and accuracy standards </li> </ul> Ways of Working  <ul> <li>Comfortable owning execution independently </li> <li>Strong attention to detail and content quality </li> <li>Able to manage multiple live initiatives at once </li> </ul> <h4>What you'll gain</h4> The benefits of joining Scout include the chance to build products and a company from the ground up.  This is a chance to create something new and lasting – with an iconic brand at its foundation.  In addition, Scout provides competitive compensation and benefits to support your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
