Specialist - Inventory Control

<p><strong><span>Responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;"><span>•</span> <span>Perform daily inventory related task manage cycle count / inbound / holding stock </span><span>health / return / transfer / adjustments / lost / damage and etc.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Ensure and enforce proper control of FIFO for continue item, discontinue item and </span><span>manage expiry and batch in system</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Promote inventory efficiency through optimization and ideas</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Control and minimize OOS and back order ratio</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Coordinate with Store ops team on stock levels, aged merchandise, identify problems </span><span>and propose improvement plan</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Closely work with warehouse ops, store ops, finance, key account mgmt.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Analyze and prepare weekly to show inventory state and periodic reports for </span><span>management review</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Manage client inventory move and transitions</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Manage quarterly / annual stock count activity</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Responsible and ability to respond email, tickets or chat enquiries promptly</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Other tasks as assigned by SG Operations Manager</span></p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span>Qualification:</span></strong></p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;"><span>•</span> <span>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>With a minimum of 2 years of working experience in handling inventory</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Experience with ERP/WMS system</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Experience in e-commerce or retail business are added advantages</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Strong communications skills in English is must</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Ethical, discipline and experience working and reporting with minimum supervision</span></p>
