<p><strong>Job purpose</strong></p> <p><br>The KOL and Affiliate Specialist is responsible for identifying, managing, and maintaining relationships with KOLs<br>and affiliate partners to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales. This role involves executing influencer<br>marketing and affiliate campaigns, optimizing content for TikTok, and leveraging data insights to drive performance.<br>The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize marketing<br>impact.<br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>KOLs:</strong><br><strong>Identifying and Managing KOL Relationships</strong><br>- Research and stay updated on trends to identify KOLs that align with the brand’s target audience&nbsp;and image (Beauty &amp; FMCG).Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to ensure long-term collaboration.<br>- Act as the main point of contact, managing communication and coordination throughout campaigns.<br><br><strong>Campaign Execution &amp; Coordination</strong><br>- Develop and implement marketing campaigns with KOLs to drive brand awareness and sales.<br>- Prepare detailed campaign briefs to KOLs.<br>- Review and analyze KOL content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines before client approval.<br>- Monitor campaign performance and ensure smooth execution within the planned timeline.<br>- Generate new ideas and contribute to strategic projects as assigned.<br><br><strong>Budget &amp; Performance Management</strong><br>- Manage and allocate budgets effectively for KOL campaigns.<br>- Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness, ensuring alignment with ROI objectives.<br><br><strong>Reporting &amp; Insights</strong><br>- Compile reports and provide insights to optimize future KOL collaborations and campaign&nbsp;strategies.<br><br><strong>Affiliate Marketing:</strong><br><strong>Affiliate Marketing Strategy &amp; Management</strong><br>- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales on&nbsp;TikTok.<br>- Identify and recruit TikTok influencers and content creators to join the affiliate program.<br>- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, guidance, and&nbsp;incentives to drive performance.<br>- Collaborate with affiliates to create and optimize TikTok content that aligns with brand&nbsp;messaging.<br><br><strong>Key Requirements</strong><br><br>Education &amp; Experience:<br>- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.<br>- 1-2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or KOL Management.<br><br>Skills:<br>- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, KOL engagement, and social media trends.<br>- Creative mindset to develop engaging and compelling video content.<br>- Excellent communication and coordination skills.<br>- Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.<br>- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.<br><br>Personal Attributes:<br>- Creative and adaptable mindset with a flexible approach to work.<br>- Detail-oriented and well-organized in managing multiple projects.<br>- Passionate about skincare and beauty trends.</p>
