Senior Specialist / Manager, Boomi Developer, Business Systems

<p><strong>Your Impact at LILA</strong></p> <p>Lila is hiring a <span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="1">Boomi Developer</span> to design, build, and support integrations that power our core business systems. You’ll own end-to-end integration delivery in Boomi AtomSphere—from requirements and mapping through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support—partnering closely with Finance, People Ops, IT, and GTM stakeholders. Experience with <span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="3">procure-to-pay (P2P)</span> and <span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="5">onboarding/offboarding</span> workflows is a strong plus.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Be Building</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain Boomi <strong>AtomSphere</strong> integrations (processes/atoms, APIs, schedules, connectors) across ERP, HCM, IAM, CRM, ITSM, and data platforms.</li> <li>Translate business requirements into scalable integration designs and <strong>data mappings</strong> (JSON, XML, CSV, EDI).</li> <li>Build resilient error handling, retries, and alerting; ensure observability and clear <strong>runbooks</strong> for L1/L2/L3 support.</li> <li>Manage Boomi MDH to support Data Quality and Source Data integrity</li> <li>Implement and manage <strong>REST/SOAP APIs</strong>, webhooks, and event-driven patterns where appropriate.</li> <li>Optimize existing integrations for performance, reliability, and cost; deprecate legacy jobs safely.</li> <li>Manage CI/CD, environment promotion, and release governance for integration assets.</li> <li>Ensure data quality, security, and compliance (PII handling, least privilege, audit readiness).</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders to prioritize a roadmap; provide estimates, status, and documentation.</li> <li>Provide production support within defined <strong>SLAs</strong>, including incident response and root-cause analysis.</li> <li>Contribute to <strong>standards, templates, and best practices</strong> for integration development at Lila.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Need to Succeed</strong></p> <ul> <li>3–5 years in integrations/iPaaS, including 2+ years hands-on with <strong>Boomi AtomSphere</strong>.</li> <li>Proficiency with <strong>API design and integration</strong> (REST/SOAP), authentication (OAuth2, JWT, API keys), and data formats (<strong>JSON, XML, CSV</strong>).</li> <li>Strong <strong>data transformation</strong> skills (map functions, scripting, XSLT preferred) and error-handling patterns.</li> <li>Solid SQL fundamentals; familiarity with relational schemas and data modeling for integrations.</li> <li>Solid MDH experience</li> <li>Experience with <strong>Git-based</strong> workflows and CI/CD for integration deployments.</li> <li>Excellent collaboration and communication with non-technical stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Direct experience building/supporting <strong>Procure-to-Pay</strong> integrations (e.g., ERP, procurement, AP, payments).</li> <li>Direct experience with <strong>Onboarding/Offboarding</strong> integrations across HRIS, IAM/SSO (e.g., Okta/Azure AD), ITSM, and device management.</li> <li>Boomi certifications (<strong>Professional Developer</strong>, <strong>API Management</strong>, <strong>MDM</strong>) or equivalent.</li> <li>Familiarity with ERP (e.g., NetSuite/Oracle/SAP), HRIS (e.g., Workday/BambooHR), ITSM (e.g., Jira/ServiceNow), and procurement (e.g., Coupa).</li> <li>Experience with event-driven architectures, queues/streams (e.g., Kafka/SQS), and EDI B2B flows.</li> <li>Scripting for integrations (Groovy/JavaScript), and lightweight Python for tooling.</li> <li>Exposure to BOOMI AI functionality</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p> <p>We offer competitive base compensation with bonus potential and generous early-stage equity.
