About the role

<p><strong>Job purpose&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>As the Communication Planning and Strategy Executive at aCommerce, you will be a key player in developing and executing communication strategies that enhance the online presence and sales performance of our e-commerce clients. You will be responsible for short video production, live-streaming marketing initiatives, and influencer and affiliate management within the e-commerce ecosystem.&nbsp;</p> <p>The role of CPS is to be part of the collaborative team, which consists of marketing, e-store manager, Key Account Management, and demand fulfillment. The CPS is expected to be the project lead from the marketing side, to grow the client’s e-Commerce GMV and revenue. CPS objective is to achieve the project KPI and project profitability, and reporting to (CPS) Communication Planning and Strategy Manager/Supervisor.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Communication Strategy:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement communication plans tailored to clients' e-commerce goals and target audiences.&nbsp;</li> <li>Stay abreast of e-commerce industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor strategies.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across various e-commerce channels.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Short Video Production:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Conceptualize, script, and coordinate to produce short videos that showcase our clients' products and services.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the video content is aligned with the client's brand and product offerings.&nbsp;</li> <li>Optimize videos for various e-commerce platforms, ensuring they drive engagement and conversions.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Live Streaming Marketing:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Plan and coordinate to execute live streaming campaigns on e-commerce platforms and social platforms to engage with our client's target audiences in real-time.&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor live streams and media plan (if any) to optimize product visibility and conversion rates.</li> <li>&nbsp;Analyze live streaming performance data and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Influencer and Affiliate Management:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage influencer and affiliate marketing programs tailored to drive awareness, traffic, and sales for our e-commerce clients.&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify and establish relationships with influential figures in e-commerce platforms and social platforms.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate with influencer and affiliate partners to promote our clients' campaigns effectively.</li> </ul> <p>Reports&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Track and report weekly or monthly on all activities, in all metrics including the impact of influencer collaborations on e-commerce sales and brand recognition, making data-driven adjustments to optimize program effectiveness.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field</li> <li>3-5 years of experience in a direct field related to communication planning and strategy for e-commerce brands or companies.&nbsp;</li> <li>Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and their trends. Tiktok is preferable.</li> <li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.</li> <li>Strong understanding of marketing communication theory and principles.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to think strategically and creatively.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>A self-starting attitude – the ability to work independently and take initiatives</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li> <li>Good command in English</li> </ul>
