This position is responsible for assisting with MRO supplier coordination, purchase requests, order tracking, and timely material availability to support ongoing operational needs. The role requires a working understanding of MRO procurement processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-section-id="1nsm5p3" data-start="117" data-end="229">Perform purchasing activities for MRO items in support of plant expansion, maintenance, and operational needs.</li> <li data-section-id="13jpzyu" data-start="230" data-end="296">Conduct MRO cost analysis and support cost reduction activities.</li> <li data-section-id="1e6dgss" data-start="297" data-end="404">Assist in the procurement of MRO items such as spare parts, consumables, tools, and maintenance supplies.</li> <li data-section-id="193mlo4" data-start="405" data-end="509">Register new vendors and coordinate supplier bank account setup in accordance with company procedures.</li> <li data-section-id="1bhcurg" data-start="510" data-end="579">Create and process purchase orders (POs) in the procurement system.</li> <li data-section-id="1pmvp5g" data-start="580" data-end="656">Track order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.</li> <li data-section-id="1ir7uiz" data-start="657" data-end="734">Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and procurement files.</li> <li data-section-id="s8gqet" data-start="735" data-end="809">Assist in resolving basic delivery, quality, or supplier-related issues.</li> <li data-section-id="g8kb2a" data-start="810" data-end="871">Support supplier communication and day-to-day coordination.</li> <li data-section-id="sncrb4" data-start="872" data-end="955">Follow company procurement policies, procedures, and internal approval processes.</li> <li degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.</li> <li data-section-id="uds2cn" data-start="130" data-end="228">3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, or a related business function.</li> <li data-section-id="kip2tu" data-start="229" data-end="325">Basic understanding of procurement, supply chain, vendor management, and purchasing processes.</li> <li data-section-id="17511ru" data-start="326" data-end="420">Experience supporting purchase orders, supplier communication, and order tracking preferred.</li> <li
