Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Midcap corporate and SME as well as institutional clients to provide tailored solutions in response to evolving client hedging and investment needs
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across the bank's product suite, including derivatives
  • Collaborate with the broader team to deliver a seamless client experience and drive business growth
  • Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and maintain existing relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives, ensuring maximum efficiency and full alignment with regulatory standards
  • Provide professional day-to-day support to the team and ensure timely execution and accurate deal input
  • Proactively undertake other necessary tasks to meet evolving business demands and control requirements, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to overall team success

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales and advisory roles within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on derivatives products
  • Excellent business development and client management skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
  • Self-motivated, strong team player and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across different functions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver effectively in a time-pressured environment
  • Proficient in interpreting, understanding, and communicating data and market information to clients
  • Solid understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and a commitment to maintaining compliance
