Junior Specialist, Sales (Key Accounts)

Job Description

 

• This role is responsible for supporting Key Account Manager in managing, Key Accounts to achieve sales and profitability targets,
• The role requires high level of communication, attention to detail and establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
• Reporting of the sales activity in the territory,
• Other duties assigned by the first line manager,
• Working with different international or domestic customers alongside with Central European countries within the scope of matrix structuring.
   

We expect candidates to have;
 

• Bachelor's degree,
• Preferably experienced in sales, business development or account management positions,
• Ability to comprehend and coordinate operational aspects related to packaging, such as production timelines, order fulfillment, and logistics.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients, orders, and follow-up tasks simultaneously.
• Preferably experienced in the packaging industry
• Very good command of English is a must, extra language is preferred,
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel),
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical thinking skills,
• Being a team player with high sense of responsibility,
• Being responsible for existing key customer relationships in the Key Account Management team.
• High level of negotiation skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates,

• Driving licence & experience is a must,
• Hard-working, detail-oriented and careful,
• 0-3 years’ experience.
