joining the Corporate IT team responsible for delivering technology solutions that are future-ready and aligned to Akaysha’s strategic roadmaps. Recently, the team has driven initiatives across ITSM, data and AI, digital workplace, and cyber security.  Building on this momentum, the role will be responsible for designing, governing, and delivering scalable and secure technology solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. You’ll connect business needs, delivery teams and technology platforms to shape practical fit-for-purpose solutions, such as improving workflows, streamlining data access, and embedding the right tools and patterns for scale.   In doing so, you’ll support smarter technology decisions, stronger delivery outcomes and greater data-aria-level="1">Leading cloud and data platform architecture for operational and enterprise workloads, ensuring resilience, performance, availability and recovery requirements are met. </li> </ul> data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="6" data-aria-level="1">Leading machine learning solutions across the full model lifecycle, from experiment tracking and model versioning through to deployment, automated retraining and production monitoring for drift and performance. </li> </ul> This role will be based at Akaysha’s Melbourne Office in Cremorne (HQ), with the option to work in hybrid capacity – spend time in the office, and at home.  Making an impact in this role will rely on experience across the following areas:    <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="29" data-aria-level="1">Strong experience designing cloud-native solutions across computer, storage, networking, identity and security services. </li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="29" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Expertise in designing data and analytics platforms that support streaming, time-series and analytical workloads for monitoring, forecasting, optimisation and reporting. </li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="29" data-aria-level="1">Experience with Azure Machine Learning across the full model lifecycle, including experiment tracking, model versioning, deployment, automated retraining and production monitoring data-aria-level="1">Sound understanding of cyber security principles, including identity, access control, network segmentation, encryption and cyber risk mitigation in critical infrastructure
