Additionally, you will play a decisive role in transferring the lessons learned to product optimization activities and the later pre-series and series production line. (Master's preferred). </li> <li>4+ years of experience preferably in the automotive industry. </li> <li>Knowledge of high voltage battery systems, power electronics, thermal systems, mechanical, electrical and vehicle systems. </li> <li>Experience with vehicle control systems and diagnostics and communication protocols (CAN, LIN) and hardware interfaces a plus. </li> <li>Proficiency with vehicle data collection tools and diagnostics </li> <li>Competence in thermal analysis software (e.g., ANSYS, Fluent, COMSOL) and CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) a plus. </li> <li>Familiarity with battery electric vehicle high voltage and low voltage mechanizations. </li> <li>Ability to read, interpret and generate engineering drawings and specifications. </li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment. </li> <li>Ability to be self-sufficient with minimal direction to meet customer deliverables. </li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders</li> </ul> <h4>What you'll gain</h4> The benefits of joining Scout include the chance to build products and a company from the ground up.  This is a chance to create something new and lasting – with an iconic brand at its foundation.  In addition, Scout provides competitive compensation and benefits to support your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.
