Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at H2 Health

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in various clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy to patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical standards

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state license and/or Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with dysphagia and neurological disorders is preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care
