This role will also be responsible for the following: <ul> <li>Collaborate with administration and other disciplines involved in the child’s care to promote consistent and quality services for children and families. </li> <li>Evaluate children using appropriate testing protocols, tools, etc. to follow funding guidelines for each particular child.</li> <li>Create appropriate goals/objectives to be turned in with each evaluation.</li> <li data-leveltext="%1." data-font="Calibri" data-listid="5" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":0,"335559685":360,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Calibri","469769242":[65533,0],"469777803":"left","469777804":"%1.","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="5" data-aria-level="1">Schedule children on caseload by contacting the parent/guardian. </li> <li>Provide therapy services to children based on the recommended number of units from evaluations and prescriptions. </li> <li data-leveltext="%1." data-font="Calibri" data-listid="5" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":0,"335559685":360,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Calibri","469769242":[65533,0],"469777803":"left","469777804":"%1.","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="7" data-aria-level="1">Provide therapy services in a variety of settings including home, daycare, schools, outpatient clinic, community, as well as other settings. </li> <li>Provides documentation of all therapy services by locking and electronically signing weekly progress notes.</li> <li>Complete additional paperwork requirements in an accurate and timely manner as notified by administration.
