<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Spot Product Promotion:</strong> Responsible for promoting core spot products (e.g., Launchpool, Launchpad, ByVotes, etc.), efficiently executing promotion plans, continuously tracking performance metrics, and analyzing data to optimize campaign effectiveness.</li>
<li><strong>Creative Campaign Planning & Innovation:</strong> Design engaging and innovative campaigns for New Listings, Post-Listing events, and ecosystem partnerships. Develop diverse token listing mechanisms to increase user engagement and platform activity.</li>
<li><strong>Asset Operations:</strong> Develop systematic asset operation strategies based on project characteristics, market trends, and community feedback. Continuously optimize asset performance and user experience while enhancing the overall operations framework.</li>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Industry Experience:</strong> Background in the cryptocurrency industry or a seasoned crypto user with a deep understanding of the ecosystem and user needs.</li>
<li><strong>Campaign Operations Experience:</strong> Skilled in end-to-end campaign management, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis. Capable of independently managing and optimizing campaigns.</li>
<li><strong>Communication & Creativity:</strong> Strong communication skills with creative thinking and execution capabilities. Able to drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure plans are implemented effectively.</li>
<li><strong>Asset Operations Skills:</strong> Deep understanding of asset operation frameworks with proven ability to design systematic strategies and apply mature methodologies.</li>
<li><strong>Language Proficiency:</strong> Proficient in English for effective communication and collaboration with the team.</li>
</ul>
