This work is helpful in nature, providing environmental services to dedicated clients. We need quality work output time and time again, which requires patience and conscientiousness.</p> <p>To be successful in this job you must be steadfast in serving others and have a standard of precision - that is obvious both in and out of work. You are self-motivated, committed to always improving, and can follow established processes and procedures closely. There is much consistency and familiarity from one day to the next. We offer extensive training and support, but the role is accomplished working as an individual, without a great deal of oversight. If this is you and you can prove it, you could be a phenomenal fit.</p> <p>This position includes serious development potential, and we work to create new opportunities for our employees.</p> <h2>What you’ll be doing:</h2> <ul> <li>Providing service to residential and commercial builders by making timely new construction termite pre-treat applications</li> <li>Coordinating with the office and builders to make sure the jobs are ready to be treated</li> <li>Building long-term relationships with customers</li> <li>Putting Safety 1st, keeping people safe from harm</li> <li>Efficiently applying termiticides according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions</li> <li>Performing a daily, 360 degree inspection of truck and equipment before taking the vehicle out on the road and upon return</li> </ul> <h2>We’d love to hear from you if you:</h2> <ul> <li>Get along with customers in a professional manner</li> <li>Are able and willing to work outdoors driving a truck in various weather conditions</li> <li>Take pride in efficiently maintaining your vehicle and equipment</li> <li>Have the mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as area and volume</li> <li>Are results-minded and see how to capitalize on the diverse strengths of people around you to succeed</li> <li>Have excellent organizational skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance</li> <li>Have a track record of trying and learning new things</li> <li>Have a point of view but are low ego!</li> <li>CDL Class B License and/or driving experience preferred, but not required</li> </ul> <p>If you have any prior experience in customer service, construction, delivery, or environmental services don't forget to mention it!</p> <h2>What you get:</h2> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance</li> <li>401(k) with 4% company match</li> <li>Company sponsored life insurance, STD, and LTD</li> <li>PTO</li> <li>Supportive, long term career</li> </ul> <p>Diligent is a place where you will learn and grow.
