About the role
<p><span data-contrast="auto">We're seeking an experienced Options Market Maker to lead our presence across U.S. options exchange trading floors. You'll be the primary link between our electronic trading desks, floor brokers, DPM/LMM communities, and exchange personnel — driving liquidity provision, execution quality, and market structure opportunities across venues.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<ul>
<li>Make markets in eligible equity, ETF, and index options.</li>
<li>Represent the firm across options exchanges; build relationships with floor brokers, DPMs/LMMs, and exchange officials.</li>
<li>Track exchange rule changes, fees, and incentive programs.</li>
<li>Partner with desk traders and institutional trading teams to optimize quoting and execution quality.</li>
<li>Facilitate large or complex executions; monitor floor specific KPIs, fill rates and market share across venues.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with exchange rules and regulatory requirements.</li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Deep understanding of financial instruments, trading exchanges and markets</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process. This position will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (if determined by Optiver) and Optiver’s benefits package with the benefits listed above. </em></p>
