This role involves designing scalable solutions, implementing best practices in testing, and driving continuous improvement in quality and efficiency. As a technical leader, you will mentor and guide the team in adopting tools like Playwright while identifying and implementing end-to-end validations (UI, API, and data). The ideal candidate is a proactive and adaptable professional with strong technical expertise and leadership skills.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Design and implement automation frameworks:</strong>&nbsp;Define architecture, standards, and best practices to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.</li> <li><strong>Develop risk-based automation strategies:</strong>&nbsp;Analyze processes, prioritize test automation areas, and establish coverage strategies (e.g., E2E, integration).</li> <li><strong>Provide technical leadership and mentoring:</strong>&nbsp;Train team members on tools like Playwright, software testing techniques, and analytical thinking for automation.
