It's an exciting opportunity to jumpstart a new branch!</p> <p>In this role, you'll be helping to manage high-volume accounts, as well as fulfilling client orders and problem-solving.&nbsp;&nbsp;While effective email communication is important, you'll spend a significant portion of your day on the phone, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.</p> </div> <div>Previous experience in a team lead or similar role will help you be successful, as this role does include a lot of communication, including having difficult conversations and being able to deliver tough news with kindness and empathy.</div> </div> <div> <p><strong>You will:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Interview and onboard candidates</li> <li>Select candidates for the right jobs based on qualifications and desire&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform reference and background checks</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Comprehensive Training:</strong> No recruiting experience?
