This role is focused on supporting our manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial clients, requiring a hands-on, fast-paced approach to staffing and operations.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage a high volume of daily activity including outbound calls, candidate outreach, resume review, and consistent follow-up with both talent and clients.</li> <li>Recruit and place top talent for manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial roles through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
