This activity involves building and managing <strong>complex ecosystems</strong> that bring together multiple stakeholders (distributors, reinsurers, third‑party administrators, assistance providers, etc.).</p> <p>The Operations team is responsible for the <strong>operational performance and quality of service</strong> of Wakam’s insurance programs across France and Europe, working closely with partners and internal teams (IT, Product, Finance, Legal, etc.).</p> <h2>🎯 Your Mission</h2> <p>As an <strong>Operations Performance Intern for 6 months</strong>, your mission is to <strong>support the operational monitoring of Wakam’s insurance programs in France and across Europe</strong>, and to <strong>contribute to transversal transformation projects</strong> led by the Operations team.</p> <h3>1. Operational Monitoring of Partnerships</h3> <p>Within the Operations France &amp; Europe team, you will be <strong>responsible for the operational follow‑up of several specific partnerships</strong>. In this context, you will:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Collect, validate and analyse operational KPIs</strong>&nbsp;periodically sent by Wakam’s partners (distributors, TPAs, etc.), ensuring the&nbsp;<strong>reliability and consistency of the data</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Monitor the quality of day‑to‑day policy and claims handling</strong>, as well as&nbsp;<strong>compliance with contractual commitments</strong>&nbsp;by partners and administrators.</li> <li><strong>Identify operational issues or dysfunctions</strong>&nbsp;that may require corrective measures, and&nbsp;<strong>follow up on remediation action plans</strong>&nbsp;until resolution.</li> <li><strong>Prepare reporting and presentation materials</strong>&nbsp;to support and animate&nbsp;<strong>steering committees</strong>&nbsp;with partners and administrators (dashboards, summaries of incidents, action plan follow‑up, etc.).</li> </ul> <h3>2.
