Shifts may vary during a week and days off may not be consecutive. The Standby Operator covers down where there is the most need. There is no guarantee of what shift will be worked week to week but will be scheduled weekly.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">** Sign-on Bonus currently available for this position**</span></p> <p>- After 90 Working Days, <strong>Receive $500.00</strong></p> <p>- After 1 Year of Employment,&nbsp; <strong>Receive $1000.00</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Daily Operations of filling and packaging equipment in a production line setting</li> <li>Operations of equipment in key areas of dairy processing</li> <li>Compliance with New York State regulations</li> <li>Adherence to all plant GMP and sanitation policies.</li> <li>Compliance with all OSHA regulations as well as 100% plant safety policies.</li> <li>Following all guidelines and rules associated with local unions CBA.</li> <li>Operate a variety of tools and equipment; performs general plant cleaning and grounds maintenance</li> <li>Maintain and complete required environmental and production paperwork.
