<p>Looking to start a meaningful career in healthcare? Bethesda, in partnership with Applied Tech and Jefferson College, offers a <strong>paid CNA Apprenticeship Program</strong> for compassionate individuals interested in caring for elderly residents.</p>
<p>This program provides hands-on training and classroom instruction while you work alongside experienced healthcare professionals. You’ll learn how to support residents with daily care, mobility, meals, and comfort—while earning and building skills for a long-term healthcare career.</p>
