We are committed to enabling AI-led innovation across industries and geographies.<br><strong>About The Role<br></strong>We are looking for a trusted, driven and strategic&nbsp;<strong>Sales Specialist – Start-ups &amp; Unicorns&nbsp;</strong>to lead sales and GTM initiatives with India-based start-ups — particularly unicorn and soonicorns and early-stage AI disruptors. You will be responsible for identifying high potential prospects, nurturing strong relationships, and delivering measurable revenue growth through structured sales strategies.<br>This role is based in&nbsp;<strong>Delhi&nbsp;</strong>and focused on the AI native<strong>&nbsp;Indian startups. It requires&nbsp;</strong>working closely with founders and decision-makers across the start-up landscape to create and capture value with Neysa AI Cloud platform.<br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive Revenue Growth from AI Native and Digital Start-Ups <ul> <li>Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive adoption of Neysa.ai within India’s start-up segment.</li> <li>Manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to deal closure.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Lead AI Use Case driven value creation <ul> <li>Co-create tailored GTM strategies with individual start-ups based on their needs and growth stage.</li> <li>Position Neysa’s AI Cloud as a key enabler for innovation, scalability, and performance.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Lead Generation &amp; Qualification <ul> <li>Identify and qualify start-up prospects, build a robust pipeline, and drive conversions.</li> <li>Leverage AI community, networks, events, and platforms to engage with start-up founders and stakeholders.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Customer Relationship Management <ul> <li>Establish and nurture trusted relationships with founders, product leaders, and CXOs.</li> <li>Ensure satisfaction, retention, and advocacy through ongoing engagement and support.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Cross-Team Collaboration <ul> <li>Partner with Product, Marketing, Community and Operations to accelerate client’s AI business goals.</li> <li>Provide market observations and client feedback to improve offerings and refine messaging.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Market Intelligence &amp; Opportunity Mapping <ul> <li>Monitor AI Cloud trends in the Indian start-up ecosystem, including funding cycles and sectoral shifts.</li> <li>Continuously identify new verticals and white spaces for growth.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Sales Process Execution &amp; Optimization <ul> <li>Own the full sales funnel and optimize performance using CRM tools and sales data analytics.</li> <li>Implement structured, repeatable processes to scale start-up engagement.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<br><br></strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in cloud, AI, SaaS, or tech start-up &amp;Unicorn environments.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and building early-stage GTM strategies.</li> <li>Strong understanding of India’s start-up landscape, VC ecosystem, and founder pain points.</li> <li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach.</li> <li>Experience working with technical teams and understanding of basic cloud/AI concepts.</li> <li>AI Certifications from major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.</li> <li>Proficient in using AI tools, CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and pipeline tracking.</li> <li>Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high- growth setting.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join Neysa?<br></strong>Neysa.ai is reimagining how businesses build and deploy AI at scale—and your role will directly impact how efficiently we operate, partner, and scale in this journey.
