Location: Most roles are based in San Francisco or New York, with some flexibility for remote depending on the company and role.

Operate with high autonomy in environments where your contributions shape company trajectory
Learn from founders and operators who have built and scaled successful companies
Join companies at inflection points, early enough to have ownership, funded enough to have runway
Qualifications
You've built something meaningful; a company, a product, a team, or a function
You thrive in ambiguity and move fast without sacrificing quality
You're looking for a role at an early-stage company (Seed to Series B) where you can have outsized impact
You want to be part of building something from the ground up, not optimizing an existing machine
You have a bias toward action and a track record of getting things done
Nice to Have
Previous startup experience, especially in a founding or early employee role
Domain expertise in financial services, healthcare, legal, or other enterprise verticals
Technical background (engineering, product, data science) even if not in a technical role
Experience at a high-growth company through a significant scaling phase
