As a support engineer, you will be responsible for helping our customers resolve issues and answer questions related to the installation, configuration, performance-tuning and use of our product.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background working daily with relational databases such as Db2, Oracle, or SQL Server, along with solid networking skills in both on-premise and cloud environments. In addition, the candidate should have hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of modern big data and data warehouse technologies such as Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse), Databricks, Kafka, Snowflake, BigQuery, or comparable platforms, including data ingestion, transformation, and analytics workflows. The role also requires comfort engaging directly with customers on customer service orientation and clear, effective communication abilities—both written and verbal </li> <li>2+ years of experience in database administration including installation and configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery and troubleshooting for relational databases such as Db2, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL. </li> <li>2+ years of experience with big data and data warehouses technologies such as Microsoft Fabric's Lakehouse, Databricks, Kafka, Snowflake, Big Query, etc. </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1"
