Still Photo Technician Crew

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Still Photo Technician (Crew) must be willing and able to fulfill the following obligations listed below:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Be available to work at all home games for the applicable team, including, but not limited to the following:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">All preseason, regular season, and postseason home games</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Staffing for any games not played at your home stadium (ex: international games) will be assigned by the League’s Football Technology department</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Games that are flexed by the NFL</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The NFL will work with you on scheduling any games that may be rescheduled or relocated</span></p> </li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Arrive at the stadium at the time designated by the Purple Hat Crew Chief (four [4] hours before kickoff), and stay at the stadium until dismissed by the Purple Hat Crew Chief</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must provide the Purple Hat Crew Chief with all issues or notes that arose during the game prior to leaving the stadium</span></p> </li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Be able to provide technical assistance to coaches, players, and team staff members of the Home or Visiting team without personal bias to any one team</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must have excellent communication and people skills to interact with video staff, coaches, and players</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be able to focus on the task at hand, not the game</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be able to work in high pressure situation</span></p> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must possess the following computer technology skills (training will be provided):</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">TCP/IP and Ethernet networking</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Administrative troubleshooting and maintenance</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong knowledge of all peripheral connectivity</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Windows proficiency</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Microsoft Surface Pro tablet proficiency</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Wi-Fi setup, connectivity, and troubleshooting</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose computer hardware problems</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be able to understand and troubleshoot video components:</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Troubleshooting and configuring video encoders</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Troubleshooting and connecting fiber cables</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Video path troubleshooting and testing</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be able to set up, operate, and troubleshoot the Still Photo Viewing app on Microsoft Surface Tablet (training will be provided)</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be able to physically setup and breakdown equipment as directed by the Purple Hat Crew Chief</span></p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsibilities</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be able to physically setup and breakdown equipment as directed by the Purple Hat Crew Chief</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Remove all necessary equipment (ex. Microsoft Surface charging carts) from storage and setup in applicable locations (coaches booths and sidelines)</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be able to remain at assigned location throughout the game</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Breakdown and return all equipment to appropriate storage location as directed by the Purple Hat Crew Chief</span></p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must have excellent communication skills to interact with NFL IT, DVSport, Football Technology Rep, GDOC, etc.</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must review weekly SOP from Microsoft and DVSport and follow all updates and directions as needed</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication skills to interact with NFL IT, DVSport, Football Technology Rep, GDOC, etc.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for accurately reporting working hours in timekeeping system</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must notify the League's Football Technology department of any scheduling conflicts at least one (1) week prior to game day</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">All candidates must comply with NFL policies</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Candidate may not be a full time, part time, or gameday employee of any NFL team</span></p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;Expected Hours of Work</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Approximately 8 hours per gameday (setup begins 4 hours prior to Kickoff)</span></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$37</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$37 USD</span></div></div></div>
