Still Photo Technician Crew Chief

<p>Still Photo Technician Crew Chief (Purple Hat)</p> <p>The Still Photo Technician (Crew Chief) must be willing and able to fulfill the following obligations listed below:</p> <p>Be available to work at all home games for the applicable team, including, but not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li> <p>All preseason, regular season, and postseason home games</p> <ul> <li> <p>Staffing for any games not played at your home stadium (ex: international games) will be assigned by the League’s Football Technology department</p> </li> <li> <p>Games that are flexed by the NFL</p> </li> <li> <p>The NFL will work with you on scheduling any games that may be rescheduled or relocated</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Manage Purple Hat crew assignments and schedules</p> <ul> <li> <p>Confirm assignment locations (field vs booth)</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Submit Game Management System (GMS) postgame report to the NFL summarizing all issues no later than 24 hours after the game</p> </li> <li> <p>Be able to provide technical assistance to coaches, players, and team staff members of the Home or Visiting team without personal bias to any one team</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must have excellent communication and people skills to interact with video staff, coaches, and players</p> </li> <li> <p>Must be able to focus on the task at hand, not the game</p> </li> <li> <p>Must be able to work in high pressure situation</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Review weekly SOP from Microsoft and DVSport and follow all updates and directions, as needed</p> </li> <li> <p>Attend in-season bi-weekly calls with NFL, Microsoft and DVSport</p> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Must possess the following computer technology skills (training will be provided):</p> </li> <li> <p>TCP/IP and Ethernet networking</p> </li> <li> <p>Administrative troubleshooting and maintenance</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong knowledge of all peripheral connectivity</p> </li> <li> <p>Windows proficiency</p> </li> <li> <p>Microsoft Surface Pro tablet proficiency</p> </li> <li> <p>Wi-Fi setup, connectivity, and troubleshooting</p> </li> <li> <p>Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose computer hardware problems</p> </li> <li> <p>Must be able to understand and troubleshoot video components:</p> </li> <li> <p>Troubleshooting and configuring video encoders</p> </li> <li> <p>Troubleshooting and connecting fiber cables</p> </li> <li> <p>Video path troubleshooting and testing</p> </li> <li> <p>Must be able to set up, operate, and troubleshoot the Still Photo Viewing app on Microsoft Surface Tablet (training will be provided)</p> </li> <li> <p>Must be able to physically setup and breakdown equipment as directed by the Purple Hat Crew Chief</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be able to physically setup and breakdown equipment as directed by the Purple Hat Crew Chief</p> </li> <li> <p>Remove all necessary equipment (ex. Microsoft Surface charging carts) from storage and setup in applicable locations (coaches booths and sidelines)</p> </li> <li> <p>Must be able to remain at assigned location throughout the game</p> </li> <li> <p>Breakdown and return all equipment to appropriate storage location as directed by the Purple Hat Crew Chief</p> </li> <li> <p>Must have excellent communication skills to interact with NFL IT, DVSport, Football Technology Rep, GDOC, etc.</p> </li> <li> <p>Must review weekly SOP from Microsoft and DVSport and follow all updates and directions as needed</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent communication skills to interact with NFL IT, DVSport, Football Technology Rep, GDOC, etc.</p> </li> <li> <p>Responsible for accurately reporting working hours in timekeeping system</p> </li> <li> <p>Must notify the League's Football Technology department of any scheduling conflicts at least one (1) week prior to game day</p> </li> <li> <p>All candidates must comply with NFL policies</p> </li> <li> <p>Candidate may not be a full time, part time, or gameday employee of any NFL team</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Expected Hours of Work</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Approximately 8 hours per gameday (setup begins 4 hours prior to Kickoff)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$40</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$40 USD</span></div></div></div>
