Role Description and Responsibilities
The Stockflow Coordinator will be responsible for the allocation and replenishment of stock to our stores. This process must ensure that the correct quantities are in the correct location at the right time to maximize sales and profit
Required Skills and Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the flow of stock via allocation (PUSH) and replenishment (PULL).
Responsible for the demand forecasting required to the flow of ‘core’ stock.
Embedding into the regular cadence of the Merchandise planning team to ensure exceptional support and delivery of buyership outcomes aligned with the company’s cultural foundations.
Work with Team Lead and Merchandise team to refine and implement continuous improvement and optimization of allocation and replenishment processes and activity
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Business/Marketing desirable or relevant working experience
Previous Buying Office experience, or an analytical / store role is desirable
Strong analytical skills
Advanced excel skills
Strong commercial and retail knowledge.
Clear communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to meet and work to critical deadlines
Previous experience with RDF system (Oracle) preferred
