About the role
SPAR Thomas Ennis Group are an award winning retail group based in Dublin. They are delighted to now take applications for an experienced retail professional to join their team as Store Assistant Managers in their SPAR location in Dublin 2.
Successful candidate will have previous 2 years retail experience.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail management role
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
